Wish I was getting Daedric ones.

I seem to be getting this strange graphical glitch, I made a vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k8M20cTXWOk of it. Anyone have any idea what could cause that? I don't think it's my temps, after quitting I quickly checked it and it was coming down from about 40-45 C, it usually idles at around 30. It wasn't hot, it was barely just warm. It's a new Ati Radeon 7970 so I'm hoping I don't have to send it back already.
