Just installed SkyRim and Steam on my pc and can't get it to run properly. I've played with changing the resolutions and the quality settings but nothing works. It reminds me of the different sections on a cd when you spin it and the light hits it. The sections rotate clockwise on the screen. Occasionally a tree or something clearly displays. Sound is fine, just the graphics are off.

hard drive has 111 GB free, 296 GB total
