Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to get the Greybeards robes? I'm on the console so I can't just add them to my inventory, if there is a way I would like to know, trying to make a mage-type character that looks like a monk.

Don't think you can, but not sure - there are, however, some very cool monky looking robes in the game, don't remember where but I'm sure wiki can help you.

Console versions? Nope. Pc Versions? Console Commands are your friend

You could perk pickpocketing and nick them off them if you REALLY want them.
