Great Features that have been added to TES
I mean skyrim is the Culmination of all that is great with TES

Quest Compass now with GPS, that and screw directions.

Level scaling

Magic regenerates though in Bethesda's defense they did nerf magic pretty hard you have to be able to spam the crap out of it.

Making it so you cant own any house in the game, good I hate choices

Fast travel who needs to explore when you can just jump from place to place.

invincible NPC's I mean this was a huge problem for me I mean I don't want the story ruined during me murderess rampage

got rid of all those pesky long guild quests and thank got they got rid of conflicts between guilds right.

Magic thank god they got rid of all those spells I hated them.

Lockpicking thank god it doesn't take skill to that anymore.

Barter who needs to do that everything is such a great price.

And may I say I am very thankful that they now they only let me bribe certain people at certain times i mean it was confusing, and i don't want to take the chance of offending an NPC

Who needs to wear clothing under the armor right..to chaffing.

I'm so glad they got rid of that pesky karma system I want to do whatever I want to whoever I want and them say whatever.

Climbing who needs it not me not in this mountainous region.

Weapon choices screw that, just give me a sword and I'm good.

Man thank you so much Bethesda.

Level scaling. Do you really know when it was introduced?
I own houses in this game. U mad?
I can choose not to fast travel...in both Skyrim and Oblivion, that's how good I am. You say you want choices, but you can't even deal with the choice to use FT or not??

Actually, after the FT thing coming right after the deal about choices and houses, I stopped reading your list, lol

I like fast travel. I really hate to travel the same road 100 times seeing the same old wolves. I love the new dual casting ability. Lockpicking has never been challenging and if you thought so you are easily entertained.

I love shorter quests as I like to finish it and move on to the next one.

Spells are better. In the past people would level up the skill than make maybe a couple of insanely powerful spells that did everything.

Yes. I don't mind the fast travel or the quest compass. The lack of these things really made it hard to enjoy Morrowind for me. Not because I like to have my hand held, but because the directions they gave you in Morrowind were absolutely terrible and didn't help you get where the quest wanted you to go.

He's got a point with most of the rest of it though.

People filling up the forum with these type of threads completely move any legitimate complaints to the fringe along with them.

You don't like Skyrim, you hate many of its features, your opinions are facts, and you are not here to listen to reason... nor would you.

You embody everything that is wrong with gaming, the self-entitled know-it-all purists who can't stand that dungeons are blue instead of black.

In summation :

Everyone has their opinon. For every 5 ppl who agree with the OP 50 ppl will state Skyrim better than all the rest. Why do we insist on posting these things, do you honestly think Bethesda will listen to you or the 6 million sold copies?

same as fast traveling, just don't do it if you don't like it.

Generally agree with OP, most of this game is LESS flexible and informative than previous titles. Which imo is exactly the opposite of what I would have liked.

I know! Keep up the good work Beth! :vaultboy:

My favorite addition to the series is severely limited choice. Greaves, pfft we have dragons! I don't want customization in my action game, anyways. Spell making was redundant with err.... well it was too spreadsheety!

What's with all of these haters trying to turn MY action game into some sort of lame role playing game?!?

All we need for TES VI is an awesome button. BUTTON = AWESOME.

There are too many races, and its too confusing and complex for me to pick one. However, if Bethesda only had one super race, I think TES would be hip as the kids say these days.

All of the races are extremely redundant. It needs to be made more accessible. It should be a choice between human, elf, orc, and dwarf. These represent the 4 great archetypes in fantasy games: Knight, Wizard, Barbarian, and Short.

You can't see the brilliance in this unless you take off your lore goggles.
