I preordered it months ago on steam and did a preload on Monday night. At first I had texture issues (same as most reported) but after a new driver and some config files the visuals cleaned up and everything runs smooth. This game is fantastic, the animation, graphics, audio, and most important the gameplay. Yeah of course a graphic option would be nice, as ID tech5's capability far exceeds what we have now. Also, I hope a Deathmtch comes soon, either standalone or an add-on because RAGE has that Doom/Quake feel to it (like run and double jump to pick up speed). Good job I.d. i've been a fan since wolf3d on my old school 386 running win 3.1 and I will continue to be a fan.

Agreed. I cba to manually edit config files, but even with the occasional minor screen tearing the game plays and looks amazing, I'm having a blast. Best 50euros spent on a preorder ever.
