So, about a week (in-game) after visiting the Great Khan encampment, three unnamed Great Khans spawn in front of me and attempt to initiate dialog. As each one gets close, the screen starts to zoom in, then aborts the action. Repeat the effect for the other two GKs that spawned in, with no actual conversation taking place. After they spawn, they just stand there.

What were they trying to tell me? What quest is that associated with? (And is there a mod that fixes it?)
