» Wed Jul 04, 2012 8:32 pm When I enter cities in the game. Mainly whiterun. When I get close to the water it gets covered by this green/black texture over the water. My temps are fine so I know its not a heat problem. And I have reinstalled skyrim and used different drivers but it still suffers from this problem. I never used to get this problem at release and has only started recently.
