So my mage is a level 79. I need that final push to 81 and the only skills I haven't got to 100 yet is archery because I was too lazy.

Now my question is, does skill increase factor in if the bow was fully drawn or not?

pretty sure from what ive seen as long as you are using your bow on a valid target you will get the increase. the only benefit from a fully drawn bow is more damage
