Hmmm. I'm not sure, so it went the opposite way eh? Not sure if its an issue just with the NV geck, or how to do that. Sorry, I have barely worked in NV. (I'm finishing a Fo3 mod, and everything is broken )

See if the other people who have had this issue have found a fix for it. I know a couple have, and I suggested this fix because it worked for FO3.

One thing you could try is changing his race. That almost looks asian or hispanic (whatever the two mid color ones were) where as his face looks caucasian. Make sure he is the correct race.
