Gtx 580 sli-monster and water flickering+swiming on air.

Post » Fri Jun 01, 2012 12:15 am

When my sli is on im experiencing monster and water flickering in several areas of the game plus swimming on air near lakes etc.
The problem is due to sli. When i force sli off the game plays normal.
Although i use an alienware optx 2310 120hz and i want to use my gtx 580 sli so i can have my 120 fps awesomeness.
With sli off and gtx 580(2) set dedicated to physx i reach 90 fps which is 30 fps down and from 120 to 90 it's a very big diference of smoothness.
Bethesda pls fix that we have spent so much money for sli systems and u support sli horribly.

Problem is the FPS ...Beth games don't like being above 60 FPS..Try limiting to lower FPS Sad that you cant run at your monitor refresh rate , but i am also using 2 580's and with FPS locked at 59 & don't have any of the issues you mention.

Other things get weird if running above 60 FPS also...and since this is a Single player game, FPS is not as important , smooth play is.

You have Nvidia ..get "Nvidia Inspector" it has SLI profiles for Skyrim, a FPS limiter, and a ton of other settings.

Yeah the problem is due to fps.If i lock to 60 the problem is solved even with sli on.
But thats not fair bethesda should do something about us that we can play a game at 120 fps.
For me there is a huge difference of smooth gameplay between 120 and 60.
Bethesda please support 120 fps please.
