As far as I know, yes.

I just checked this, and yes you do get the +50 to armor, for a total of 50 since whatever other armor bonuses you had are now removed

I once encountered a glitch that let me access the character menu while in wolf form. Racial abilites are lost stones kept.

Can you confirm if the atronach stone is still active?

Thats fairly easy to confirm yourself given its 50% spell absorption. Yeah its still active.

Hey OP, if you mess around with magic either bit then you might want to know that all the armor spells like ebony flesh still stick with you when you cast em before changing, also cloak spells like flame cloak will stay with you if you cast em before changing. I also did a physical test with the Lord stone active.... it takes 5-6 hits of a steel battle axe to kill me while transformed without the Lord stone, with the Lord stone it rose to 7-8 hits of the same weapon.

Ever so often something won't be unequipped for me and I retain the benefits while in beast form. Most often it's my weapon, so every hit I do gives me enchantment damage with my claws.
