Where do i find or bay powder , i need ammo for my sniper, but cant make it, but i find no powder ?

Or break down ammo that you don't use, as long as it uses the same type of powder.

Its 0.308 i need, gun runners dont have powder or 0308, but that maybe somthing i have to wait for? i have the feeling that the game i like that? when you use a weapon most time ,you cant find or bay ammo for it, or only little, i find lots of ammo for energi weapon ,but dont use energi weapon and visa versa.

Break 5mm, they use rifle powder.

Not quite, i have tons of ammo for every possible caliber in my locker at Lucky 38(including some mini nukes).At only one point i was down to less then 300 ammo for Gobi (like 280 something).That's on HC/VH where mobs have more health.

I did made some loaded ammo for tougher mobs , but almost all of it was found or bought.
