They have a salesman at the 188, and south of Freeside.

It's a small kiosk near the southernmost entrance to Freeside. If my memory serves, it's directly north of the NCR Sharecropper farms.

Follow the main drag from the 188, or Nipton if you aren't up to the 188 and you will walk directly by it, it's right on the road before you enter Freeside.

How do you talk to Issac? I picked the lock and killed them, yet still could not find him.

Their main outpost is by freeside, but the have a salesman under 188.

If Isaac is not at the Gunrunner's kiosk, he's usually at his house, which is east of there. He'll probably be hostile if you killed the rest of the Gunrunners, though.

Just south of the entrance to Freeside and around the corner. The east or south entrance.. Not sure which.
