ok so maybe this isnt the first time u have heard this but i have had enough, i play on the 360 and i have had my fair share of bugs and glitches, especially with dragons flying off, and back again and me being unable to kill them, instead they just buzz me for fun? and they also plop into places after a loading screen when i killed them half a town away, oh and the occasional flying backwards and stuttering mostly on the large open swampy lands (anyone else had that?) and many other things but i can forgive that, what i cant forgive is the darn annoying misc quests list, let me explain.

1st i had a "kill so and so at so and so place", but i had killed them already, and now going back on numerous occasions they dont respawn, the quest wont complete, or go away or even let me see on the map where it is i should go even though i know, it feels broke, but that was the first, and i have had all the updates.

kill the hargraven petra, is the second worst most possibly the worst cos she died and wont come back to life, and the game dosnt seem to know i have killed her instead theirs a marker above her dead head.

another is that i had to kill parthanax to get esbern to stop appearing in the misc quests stating go and see him and he dont say nothing new, only to kill the dragon and the misc quests to say give him some dragon bones and thing is i did and its still says it, and i cant give him anymore so now that ones stuck

help somone escape a mine, did it and its still their, etc etc

my point is that this is unaceptable, and it needs to be fixed, dosnt anyone else have this problem with the misc quests?

its seems like something to do with this radiant thing, like how the dragons respond and how the misc quests are mostly randomly generated but the whole thing is flawed? but i dont know i cant follow every thread or blog i dont have all the time in the world, but i want to know im not alone, and that bethesda knows about it and is trying to solve it, or at least will say sorry or something???

forgive me for being so mad but i just wish this game wasnt so bad, but i still love playing it cos i understand its a massive undertaking, i just want answers
