Is there anywhere to do this in this game??

no plastic surgery. (at least no one I know has found it) and the only place I know to get a haircut is inside the Kings (have to be a member)

Yeah, Bob's right -- Sergio will cut your hair. Just make sure that your favour from the King is becoming a member of his gang, otherwise you're screwed.

Sadly, there's no plastic surgery, which I find absurd; they could have easily just made it so you go under the knife at the Vegas Medical Center... heck, they have body enhancing implants there.

If it's like FO3 it's hard and tricky to find the plastic surgeon

i dont think there is a place or person in game yet that can do plastic surgeon ive been around 80% of the map so far and not met anyone even hinting at it but may some dlc in the near furture could have one add in it

Tis annoying not to be able to get a haircut bit of of a step backwards really.

I don't know if it does i haven't seen it yet. It would of been real cool if they actually updated their create a player section part not putting the same hair styles and same face and everything from fallout 3. I wasted like a hour trying to make guy not to look like a his from another planet and have game freezes up other then that love the game
