I am so disappointed that they didn't get Mark Hamil to play Cicero.

He could have used his Joker voice and it would have been even more epic. :disguise:

Cicero's involvement with the Dark Brotherhood is a spoiler, you can encounter him without joining the faction. (For a while I was confused why my character stats said I'd completed a DB quest, then I discovered who Cicero actually was.)

Agreed. The way he captures that ear-bleeding, teeth-grating tone of voice is nothing short of godlike.
