So I remember seeing someone who said that Hand To Hand is an traditional art of Argonians , now can anyone confirm it from the view of the lore ?

I thought Red guards were the hand to hand guys..

I don't see why Argonians don't get that +15 damage when using unarmed attacks like the Khajiit have.

This. Ever since Morrowind they've sported some mean looking hands.

Pretty sure that's the Khajiit. you would have better luck asking in the lore forum though.

I'm pretty sure that's Khajiit actually, there've been reference to multiple Khajiit martial artists, & they have several famous martial styles. Whispering Fang being the most often mentioned.

Well they don't get that, but they do have increased unarmed damage.

According to that, Khajiit and Argonians have a base unarmed damage of 10, while all other races have a base of 4. Add Khajiit's claw bonus (which is supposedly 12 and not 15 as listed), and they have 22.

So Khajiit (22), Argonian (10), Others (4).

As for the lore, I'm 100% positive Khajiit have unarmed martial arts. It's even noted in Skyrim:

You are right! I remember them being experts at Hand to Hand. I think it's in the Oblivion instruction booklet. I have it but I'm not near it at the moment and I'm too lazy to check right now haha.
I thought this too. I'm a fan of Argonians and I wanted to make one that used his fists but I wanted the extra damage.
