I just had two questions about hand to hand:

1. Is it considered a "skill" and affected by the "Insightful Enchanter" perk?

2. Are the stealth executions for stealth?

At this time no it is not a skill.

I have seen stealth finishers using hand to hand...not sure if that is what you are asking.

Yeah, that's what I was asking, I should really read over stuff before I post. So Insightful Enchanter would have no affect on the Hand-to-Hand increased damage enchantment?

I believe that you can raise the damage on the enchantment, I have really tried to away from enchanting though so not sure.
