Is your thanksgiving the same as ours? (traditionally)

I read OP wrong, but besides why is Canada's Thanksgiving early?

Crap where are my manners, Happy Thanksgiving to you guys!

Do you eat turkey and other food in celebration of the pilgrims and the Natives coming together and sharing? At least I think that's what we celebrate, I could be wrong.

Because we are farther North so traditionally our "harvest" is earlier than the USA as the weather goes to **** faster than most of the USA.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING PEOPLE! :D

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thanksgiving_(Canada) It's not exactly the same reason why the Americans have Thanksgiving.

Ours is to give thanks for the harvest season I believe. I might be mistaken too, but I always though American thanksgiving didn't happen in the way you described...
