What i head is that the reward is simply an achievment/trophy. hardcoe mode was add bcus gamers saying Fallout 3 was too easy. so the reward is mostly the realistic gamplay/authentic wasteland survival experiance which bethesda has been tryin to replicate.

that all is what i have been told by others. none of that is confirmed or my opinions.

Exactly. The fun of the challenge, and the way it changes the game is the whole point. So its not something to grind through to get a special item or something. At least thats all we understand it to be at the moment. There may be something...but unlikely.

I heard that for a reward Bethesda will send you an autographed CD of "Johnny Guitar" :celebration:

It's "unlikely" there's a reward when the game states unequivocally there is a reward before you even get out of the first room?

Nobody's asking if there is a reward, there is, they're asking what it is. It's an achievement.

The fun of it and the achievement is good enough for me.
