Has anybody succeeded to make a more Human looking high elf : V

I'm pretty sure there's already been posts about this but I can't find them

I've spend HOURS, trying to make a high elf with 'human' attractive features? Similar to this...

I'm currently playing an Orc mage, but I want to RP a high elf.

Any help would be appreciated!
