Im standing in General Oliver Lee's place, looking at his naked corpse on the floor, and didnt get credit for killing him and the 6 some-odd armored guards. There is some npc near the back of the room hes in (a couple or corridors and smaller rooms etc) who seems to of fallen through the floor, and i think he counts as one of the "guards" you need to kill to get quest credit... Subsequently, I am locked in this part of the came without a reasonable save to go back to. I'm always stuck in the hoover dam event and i have tried going back further, but alas, the same issue arises. Any workarounds possible?

i finished it with basically no problems except for the fact that when they shoot you, you just kinda stand there and cant shoot back 90% of the time, that was annoying... but i got the quest done and the achievement and stuff for it fine
