I was just wondering because in my characters travels I find all these shady people trying to sell it on the roads..they also have tree sap...so the drugs aren't in short supply.

My character has at least 50 skooma bottles and 35 tree saps, I had more but I tend to sell them most likely when dawnguard comes out gonna sell them to clear inv out a bit.
