Has anyone gone looking for the "Woodcutter's Wife" if you have read the book or its sequel "Cabin in the woods" You'd know that the books claim she roams Pine Forest at night..Has anyone tried finding her? Have you found her?

It's just a ghost story.

Yeah the search went on for quite a while. There is a thread on here somewhere about it. The closest anyone came was the Woodcutter's Friend Axe. It is on the edge of the forest, but there is nothing to consider it's related except for it's unique name....

I encountered a headless horseman in Falkreath once, so that isn't a good counter-argument

That's a very good point.

What else could be hidden away in Skyrim? Better get hitting the books!

Random encounter. I haven't seen it myself yet.

Nope, just an easter egg. Try following him until he stops!

PS: He can be found riding in most parts of skyrim, good luck!

I liked how there were two books about this - one from the perspective of the soldier to took a short cut through the forest (I found & read this book first), and the other the story about how the wife came to such a tragic end (this book I found quite some time later).

Names of the other book?
Interested in locating myself a copy of each to read. :D

I've seen a potato. That means 2+2=5. Is this one any good? It's just like yours.

You need to walk the actual roads, you know, not sprint through the forests.
