Has anyone gotten a reply from tech support?

Has anyone here gotten a reply from tech support when you sent them a message? I don't mean on this forum, I mean their actual tech support.
I have not(its been about 2 weeks), and I just sent another request message out.
Anyone get any replies, and if so, what are they saying about these issues?

I did, but it was strange. It was something about background radiation in the office being unusually high and the rest was typed as though slurred by a drunk. The last thing that was coherent was "My god, he's glowing. So... pretty. So... HUNGRY"

I suspect their tech support staff has turned feral and craves human flesh. I would avoid direct contact at this point.

I dont think they have tech support since we all payed money for their game and we are figuring out solutions to all these issues that this broken game launched with. The only responses it seems this forum gets is from moderators locking or banning etc.

Oh and sure they are slowly releasing patches and fixes weeks/possibly a month after launch. ( again when a game should not launch with these kind of issues in the first place) but that doesnt negate the fact that this game is only playable all the way through by the extremely lucky who have no issues/ dont notice them.

Also, I think they are to busy working on DLC to be bothered with fixing the original game right away. Just my guess.

BTW: Yes I am extremely angry.( who wouldnt be angry buying something that doesnt work) No Im not going to boycott them (yet) I love Bethesda. I have put thousand of hours of my life into their games, Arena, Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion, all fallouts, Wet etc etc. But for this top dog publisher to let Obsidian release a game this broken is just wrong. Obisdian is going downhill and after New Vegas, I hope I dont see them follow this path.

PS If any devs read this ----------> Please fix the scripting issues with the game too.

There's supposed to be a new patch next week. Tech support mostly seems to answer people via stickied posts and they only make stickied posts when they have something new to say.

I never got an answer from actual tech support, fortunately what I couldn't fix myself, the community fixed. At least the game is playable...

Very frustrating and don't expect to get any help from them. You gotta just search these forums as the expert customers have found a few bandaids and one or more may fix your system.

Good luck.

Same problem here, the community fixed my game. Sent an Email to Bethesda SoftWorks TECH support and never got an answer.

Funny too how the only fix we have for lag and terrible game performance is not from the Mods or Techs. I like how there's a sticky about it saying they haven't tested the DLL fix and they recommend not to use or swap any games file. Sure you guys aren't responsible if we swap a file in the game but you ARE RESPONSIBLE for the lag/crashes and doing nothing about it. I think you should give the person who found the fix a job in your company.

Maybe refund us for a partially working game. ( or not working at all for the other folks)

I dont think a refund is necessary, I want answers and fixes for the game that came out 3 weeks ago. I want those answers and fixes from the OFFICIAL BETHESDA SOFTWORKS STAFF. I understand that this game was poorly ( or not ) tested. Now you have my money, start working on it. Answer my Email sent to Tech Support 5 days ago too, that would be nice.

i just want the 30+ hours i dropped into this game back. i feel like i'm constantly jumping hurdles to play something i paid $50 for. It's like paying for a hoker that doesn't put out.

No I haven't either. The game isn't unplayable, just annoying right now.
