Besides that, thanks to congress finally pulling their heads out of their asses, video games are now protected by the first amendment. The +17 ESRB rating means that any one allowing their kid to play this has to take full responsibility for the consequences themselves. When will people learn that we can't blame game developers for their kids playing these games, and that they can only blame themselves? Oh, right, when those people stop relying on it as a babysitter/parenting tool and start taking responsibility for their own progeny... so, never.
