I have 100% Immunity To all Disease's thats permanent and im no longer a werewolf , will I still be able to become a Vampire Lord?... I Hope so, because althought i don't like vampires, bursting into bats looks to awesome

It should be fine.

Should work fine. You can even become a vampire lord when you're still a werewolf. Though your werewolf form and abilities will be gone.

Immunity to disease would mean that you don't get the vampire disease(forgot spelling) so it might be that you can become a vampire if that is a permanent effect. Then again, being immune to disease doesn't stop you from becoming a werewolf* so it goes both ways on this one.
