Right now in Render unto Caesar, i have to blow up the BOS bunker. I did all the bos quests there, but i don't see an opportunity to forge an alliance with them. I spoke to caesar, and he just tells me to destroy them. I don't want to lose their vendors and stuff.

if you do this quest you will have to blow up the bunker (as far a i know) not doing the quest is a way tough

Unlike siding with the NCR (and I'd assume Mr. House & Yes Man) when you side with Caesar you're only choice is to kill them all.

Actually siding with Mr. House you have to kill off the BoS too... it was interesting!

I'd never kill the BoS. I pondered the idea but couldn't go through with it. Like them too much, even this particular screwed up wuss charter.

Wuss Charter? They may be underground but they seem a bit more tough in their values and their mannerisms than the Fallout 3 super good guys.

I sided with the NCR and was able to convince the BS to call a truce with the NCR, and get them to help at the Dam. Although the support troops they sent me died fast

I thought about this... Then I killed house and played for a couple hours. But then I was like "you know, if I could kill the BoS, loot their bodies, then blow up the bunker.. I'll have some good gear and stuff to sell for more caps to pay for more implants". So I went to the bunker, stole the super sledge there, smashed everybody dead, felt a little bad, slipped on some brotherhood power armor which fooled some of the 'survivors' and allowed me to sneak past the turrents, and I made a couple trips to and from the bunker since the power armor is heavy. When they were all dead I blew it up. And I'm still a member of the BoS and Veronica still talks to me

if you do enough of the BoS quests before you blow it up veronica wont leave you
