Try verifying the game cache.

Only an issue with a torrent download I'm afraid.

Hi,

If verifying game cache does not work, ensure that you have a folder in your "Documents" named "My Games", with several subfolders. Ensure also you've full access to it.

Skyrim save games and inis are put inside "\My Games\Skyrim\" and "\My Games\Skyrim\Saves\" folders... if you've not them or they're somewhat not accessible, game probably won't run.
Note that is a placeholder that can vary according to OS... under XP it is normally C:\Documents And Settings\\Documents.

Edit: Whoops, crossposting with B1gBadDaddy... since what i've just said could help with a cracked version (if this is the case), is it perhaps advisable that i blank out my post?

The game doesn't run so there is no folder in my documents a save file. Also i think it isnt about save file. Because game doesnt open. I am trying that torrent file B1gBadDaddy. I will say its result...

EDIT: This time i didnt get that error but this time, steam opened. What about steam?
