1067 MHz DDR3

i have it on low settings with low quality but 1280x800 screen resolution. if i change the screen resolution 1024x640 it less laggy but i like playing with 1280x800

What is your graphics card?

256MB of vram leads me to believe it is a rather weak card. And the odd resolution leads me even further to believe you are on a laptop.

Your computer is not very fit to run this game. Turn off the HD texture pack is it is enabled.

I'm amazed you can run it at all. What the hell do I have 2 gigs of video ram for...not much I'd suggest besides a computer circa 3 or less years ago.

unfortunately 256mb ram of video card memory isnt really enough. Plus the 2gb ram, no wonder you get lags and stuff.
Have u tried skyboost or tesval? They boost FPS by a few digits. But u can only install one.

You just need to turn all the settings down. The biggest ones for low end machines are shadows (turn them to low) and AA/AF/FXAA. Turn all those off. Untick all the water reflections and set textures to medium.

You did well to get Skyrim to even run at all with that rig. There is not much more you can do the get it to run any better than the res change you mentioned. Sorry :(
