I have a theory

Now, I know that there are a wide range of bugs across the board for everyone, and some bugs are shared with console and PC versions but some could be specific to consoles. My theory is, were these games tested on older or even newer versions of current systems? How many people here have the old white 360 or the new sleek black one? It may not even be this, but it's interesting to put forward

I have my own theory: The game wasn't tested at all.

If that's disproved, my second hypothesis is that the testers were lobotomized chimpanzees.

I'm with Kennedy. This is to the point where many missions are totally unplayable. Releasing a game that can't be fully played shouldn't happen. These bugs would have been noticed during testing. I'm sure they were aware of the bugs before release but didn't have time to do anything about it. They already have our money. There isn't much that we can do other than wait, but they need to come up with something fast.

There are two kinds of beta testing
- Inhouse = quicker fixes & release but won't break or torture all aspects, info & content secured
- Distributed (can't think of the actual term, but they have another company test it for them) = Slower fixes & release, data & info less secure, but a full range of testing w/o dev tools.
