I have created a new race which i renamed ID and create a new form nord race, i opened my new race but i have only head and body invisible. How can i correct that?

It's because the Nord race uses a skin 'SkinNaked' (which is found under armor). This has NakedFeet, NakedHands and NakedTorso, which are armoraddons. You should edit these and tag your race in it (on the right you have a list of races when you edit the file), create a new id, and create a new skin with those new ids.
