Have you guys ever done this?

Have you guys looked at your posts or topics from a long long time ago and think "Wow did I say that?" "I dont remember that!".

There have been times on some forums, like here, where I realize how long I have been here. Just for fun and curiosity, I go to my content history (posts/topics) and see what I find, since you can't remember EVERY thing you do on the forums or any other. I find things I cannot believe I said and some things where I can tell i had a young mentality at the time

Just thought I would make a conversation...

And I mean other forums too, not just here

Yeah, but only when ancient topics somehow resurface. It reminds me how much I've changed since I've been here. Especially when it comes to post format and grammar in general, thanks to a certain someone. :whistling:

I've occasionally looked at stuff I've written many years ago. Usually what happens is that I really wished I hadn't.

Reading over forum posts from 2003, I was so upbeat, caring and optimistic about everything back then... :ermm:

Veeno?

Nope! Why, does Veeno tell people off for having bad grammar?

I was even more of an idiot back then than I am now. :P

Although I'll give me credit, I used to care a lot more about what I wrote and my structure and verbiage was better. Shame the content was such rubbish. And don't even get me started on http://www.hongfire.com/cg/data/25/caramelldansen.swf journal entries .

Nope. Cause I'm always right. Even when I'm wrong. And, my opinion of everything never changes. I hated everything then, and I still hate everything now.

Sometimes I look at what I've posted, then I become very ashamed of myself.

( I sometimes say some dumb stuff. Or I say something like a snot. )

I'd have double the posts (and propably several warnings) if i posted everything i've thougt of. Luckily my self-censor has always been quite strict :hehe:

However things i've meant as jokes do seem to have less than 10% success rate

Most of my posts were before the forum update.

So, as far back as I can see is September 2010...I didn't say anything very interesting, but I do remember saying it.

I was looking at some post I made in 08... when I was twelve... ahh geeze, I was such a little [censored]-mongling-attenton-wanting brat.

I honestly am praying that those post go away from the internet forever some day.

maybe. but the more likely one is "did i say that? why did i say that? what was i thinking? wow i was dumb then. wow, i had funny way of thinking then. wow i has messed up priorities then. this is how i used to think? i sound so childish(or incorrect, wrong, etc)".
