Check the news section. There's a dlc, Dawnguard, due sometime in the summer.

Aside from that, there's the usual mods and etc.

DLC was announced, a few things have been added for kinect compatibility.
It still has no replay value.

Agreed. I just wish I could stop playing. 600+ hours and I still play.

To OP, other than what's already been mentioned, not much else going on officially. I believe they said more is to be revealed about the DLC at E3 in June.

I'm probably around the same time played. I've deleted some characters that i didn't play anymore and i haven't counted in a week or 2.
