Several times now I have had a bit of trouble getting Radiant Raiment open when I am in Solitude. I want to buy gloves and other basic wear for enchanting purposes, and check for certain enchanted items to disenchant. When I get there, it is closed, so I go elsewhere and trade and come back, but the shop is still locked. So I 'wait' (or sleep) an hour, and then it is unlocked. I see her sister Endarie drop a load of firewood near the door, and walk away toward the marketplace. So this time, I go in at 10:30a and Taarie runs to the front of the counter and exclaims: "Can't a girl get some privacy around here? GET OUT." And Irnskar Ironhand is there behind the counter, leaning on it. When I talk to him he says: "You aren't supposed to be in here." Meanwhile, Taarie says "Im not going to warn you again, get out, or I'm going to call the guards!"

Yeah, I know, the puns ensue. But this is supposed to be open at this time. What's the deal, and how can I fix it?


EDIT: I waited another hour, went in; the elven girls were milling around the lobby W/Gisli (another girl) and everything was back to normal. I guess I could just chalk it up to 'Endarie just needed to satisfy here "animal instincts"' but this is annoying, the shop is closed a lot. I think it is a bug, but when I search these forums it does not come up as a bug unless it is reported as an Xbox bug (I am using PC).
