I'm waiting to see if the 1.4 patch fixes the lag and freezes on PS#. But if it doesn't I'm going to get the Laptop in the link.

I need a new computer/ Laptop anyway.
I know the graphics card, and i7 processor, is more than enough for running Skyrim at Ultra High settings. My only concern is that it uses a HDD. I remember in the PS3 forums that the HDD was a part of the lag problem. My question is if the HDD is only a PS3 specific problem. Or if it is also a problem on PC. Mainly I really want to know is if that Laptop is a good model to run Skyrim sufficiently?
Also. Would that be a good Laptop for video editing? I'm new to this generation of computers, yet alone pc gaming. So I'm not sure at all if I'm looking in the right direction. Thanks for any help or advice you can give me.
