Headmen's Axe.....When will it be smithable? : V

What platform do you play on? If its Xbox or PS3 then how do you acquire it?
I've always looked for it but never found it anywhere. Its never on the body of the headsmen at solitude and the one in helgan disappears.

You have to get him as a follower by doing a task for him. Then you may make him your follower and take his axe.

Sneak into the Headman's house and steal it, I believe he lives almost straight across from your Solitude house.

You have to get him as a follower by doing a task for him. Then you may make him your follower and take his axe.

How do you start the task? I've spoken to him but there wasn't any quest related dialogue.

Just pickpocket it or kill him. I killed him and it made no difference. The axe is pretty weak though.

There are mods that make it smithable.

I want the headsman's armor.
I love the gaunlets and boots. They look like they could really keep you arm out in Skyrim.
The armor is okay.. I like the bottom half more than the top half. The top half looks really boring.
