I am using a set of Razer Carcharias headphones and I Have sound except when it comes down to dialog.
System:
Intel Quad 2.4 GHz
Win 7 64 bit
8 GB RAM

I have tried changing settings in playback devices to no avail.
Any answers?

You have to change your speaker settings from surround sound to stereo.
