I recently finished the Dead Money DLC, but during the last part with confronting Elijiah in the vault my collar exploded, but due to me having god mode on (yeah sue me) I didn't die. I noticed once I got back to the fountain that my health was depleting but figured it was still the environment. Then once I got back to the Mojave it continued to deplete if god mode isn't on.

Did I break my game again?
