Does anybody know where I can get this enchantment? I have looked everywhere, Been to everybody that sells armor, weapons, etc and havent found it, so please if anybody could point me in the right direction, I would be ecstatic!

I'm checking UESP, and it seems that there isn't an enchantment effect called Damage Health. There's absorb health, but not damage health. I'll check the Dawnguard page. I don't have Dawnguard, but the page for it on UESP isn't complete yet, so...

Where did you hear about this enchantment effect?

I found this cool weapon called an iron dagger, it damages health.

I was assuming there was. You've got Damage Stamina, Magicka I thought there might be a health one.

Seems the closest to damage health is Absorb Health. The damage health effect is exclusive to alchemy... Strange that there isn't an enchanting effect called damage health now that I think about it.
