I've noticed on several occasions in my game that sometimes, for no apparent reason, my game decides that I don't have the Conditioning perk when I'm wearing my Daedric set. This usually happens when I load an Auto Save or any previous save file. My character starts running slower as if he's wearing a set of heavy armor. I go into my favorites menu and de-select all the armor then put it all back on. This seems to work for now but I thought somebody should hear about this.
