So I just did this quest where a book pretty much power leveled my combat skills 5 times each, but now my heavy armor skill is stuck at 69 and i cant train it to 70 to get the level 70 perk. Im only level 26 and im wondering if there is a level restriction to get the level 70 skill, like maybe level 30?

Anyone know if this is true or did my game just bug?

You can only train 5 skill levels per character level through a trainer.

Well, if you're fighting and your heavy armor is not going up at all, then yes, this is a bug.

I could've sworn I leveled up One-handed to 75 twice last night. Though I was pretty tired. Is there a level cap at just 5 levels per level up maybe?
