I'm at the area of stairs where there's poison gas at the bottom. I know that there are three speakers: 1 blue and two reds.
I shot the blue one but the real problem was the 2 red speakers. There's one up the stairs and the other is around a corner. I attempted over 5 escapes form these speaker but I always lose my head! Any idea how I can get past these speakers?!?!

I ignored the speakers..always..The only time I ever messed with them is If I could shoot them or turn them off via PC, other than that, the shielded ones I just ignore. There's typically pockets where you can stand and be safe, OR simply sprint through it until you reach a safe zone. Sweet adrenaline rush too..
