is there a password for the second terminal i cant get into it because its very hard

If I remember correctly, the "idiot in the sunglasses" Fantastic gives you one password and the scientist dude in the next room gives you the other if you tell him what he wants to hear.

I remember Fantastic (hes an ass) gives you the PW you need. I didnt talk with the other scientist but one of the towers had 3 of the NRC dogs in it that were aggressive even though I was favored by the NRC.

I had to kill the dogs and bolt into the tower while the troopers shot at me. Then when I fixed the tower and came out they were all happy with me.
