At Nellis Air Base, I need to repair the bases solar array by finding spares at Helios One.
Teleporting anywhere near by and the NCR are there waiting to kill me.
I believe they turned against me earlier at Freeside when I was instructed by The King intervene in a standoff
between Pacer and six NCR troops. I was given no opportunity to speak. They started shooting at me so I was forced to
defend myself by killing them.
Do I have to give up this task????

Repair of 60 I believe will fix those panels.

I did this just the other morning!...You can indeed fix them with a 60 repair skill without needing the spare parts...My skill was only 50 so I needed the Fixin' Things mag but I still did it...

Or get an NCR disguise and go to the fence opposite the building.

There is a rock where if you get on top, back up all the way, run, and jump just right, (super mario style) you can get over the fence.

There is another rock inside the fence just a bit away from the first to get back out.

Save first though, there be dogs in there.

Try faction armor, I entered the fort with it and the legion HATES me.

Kill the NCR there guised as a Legionairre, no one will be the wiser. Route it to Freeside to help House's plans. All is well.

(Even though I just play the NCR goon routine, play along I want to help them, then route power to Freeside)

If you have a previous save, revert to it, going to the entrance should begin a dialogue prompt.

In GI Blues you were supposed to holster your weapon (r key) to keep NCR friendly.

This is a problem for you? Slaughter the profligates and all will be well.

Don't be so blunt about it! Help the Legion take over!

Kill one of the NCR guys that are stragglers, steal their uniform, sneak into Helios, then do the quest. REMEMBER TO TURN ON ARCHIMEDES ONE. REMEMBER!!! Did I forget to say Remember? Well REMEMBER! Oh and you can route the power anywhere you want. Just remember to turn on the Archimedes One defense system.

It will kill all NCR troops in Helios One and the next time you come in, Caesar's Legion will be there. One small step for the Legion, one giant leap for Legionary kind
