Hi there, I was thinking of buying the game now or wait for the release of the GOTY edition with the dlc content in it and at least a major of bugs fixes with later patches. The fact is that if you Bethesda are going to release the GOTY edition with the DLC content in it, I will wait for it instead of buying the game now.
I am a ps3 owner and I think the wait for the GOTY edition will be the best option, BUT tell me please, are you going to release it, since skyrim won the GOTY 2011? AND if yes, how much time for the GOTY edition, fallout 3 had it in 3 months, but skyrim? Thanks in advance.

They probably will, but not for a long time because no DLC has even been announced yet.

Wait.... what? You mean 3 months after the release of the last DLC?

It will probably be at least another 2 years before Beth releases the GOTY, since as Patti said no DLC has been announced up until now and I think I heard they want to release 3-4 packs.

I have skyrim on pc but I would definitely buy the GOTY edition if it did come with DLC.

You have one hell of a wait if you want to get GOTY, it's been 5 months and 18 days since Skyrim was released and Bethesda are still patching post release glitches and adding stuff what they might of wanted to add but didn't because of reasons unknown.

I can wait, only want to know if the goty version with the dlc content in it will be released like in 6 months, like GTA IV, first they release the game, then the 2 DLC and finally they release GTA IV Complete, that is the game with the 2 DLC in it in a cheaper price and with no bugs. My point is to wait to kill 2 birds with 1 stone... I want to wait for a somewhat Skyrim ""Complete"" (the GOTY edition) and want to wait to see if following patches can fix the game the best as possible.
So, you think they will release the GOTY edition in like 6 months?
