Helmet on the Loading Screen? : V

I keep seeing a loading screen displaying a helmet on it. It's not the Jagged Crown.

It seems to be made of the same stuff as Imperial Armor and comes with the text:

"General Tullius commands the Imperial army from the stone-walled Castle Dour, while Solitude's Jarl, Elisif, resides in the Blue Palace."

Anyone know what it is and/or how to get it?!?

I would if I could find one...

It is silver and slightly resembles a spartan helmet but the face is covered.

Theres one by a Talos shrine near Riften in the mountins.
Close to Froki's shack, or some place like that.

Yeah that's a nice looking helmet. I know which one you mean but don't know how to get it. Looks like a centurion helmet.

I believe it's an Impirial Helm, but is has an extra large metal ploom(sp) on top. I'm not sure where to find it in game though

You mean the Imperial Officer's helm? It's not that. The face is covered but there is like a black horse hair plume over the top down the back.

I am not sure but there is a spartan helmet by the dungeon near the shrine of meridia. I hope that helps.

I've got that one from killing the imperial officer woman after following Ralof into the Helgen Keep. Not the one I mean though.

In the East Empire Company warehouse there is a helmet simply called Imperial Helmet or something.

It's the Imperial Helmet! I have one, it looks like the Imperial Horseman Helmet from Oblivion but it's steel (silver?) instead, and the mane is black, there's one in one of the Dungeon below Solitude.
