I'm currently working on a mainly unarmed fighting character, inspired by this video:

Equipment:
-Using the guide posted above, I will use the alchemy/echanting loop to reach the armor cap by creating and imrpoving Steel Wolf Armor (Legendary) [lightest heavy armor] and Daedric Gloves (Legendary).
-Enchantments will look something like this:
--Head: Waterbreathing, Fortify Lock Picking
--Neck: Fortify Stamina, Fortify Pickpocketing
--Armor: Fortify Stamina, Fortify Health
--Ring: Unarmed attacks do more damage, Fortify Sneak
--Gloves: Unarmed attacks do more damage, Fortify Stamina
--Boots(*): Fortify Stamina, Fortify Carry Weight

-The enchants I'm planning on doing are ones that are generally useful (i.e. carry weight), not looking to use magic or weapons (maybe daggers every now and then because the assassination animation is awesome), so any fortify magic or weapon skills arernt neccessary.
-Anything marked with a ? could use a suggestion, not to sure what to do here
* - about the boots, doesnt anyone know if there is a pair of disenchantable boots with the "Move quieter" enchant on them?


Well theres my somewhat complicated build, suggestions on what I should do with the rest of my perks (72/80 used) and what enchants I should use, or any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
