I've gotten to the college where you have Ancano inside with the force field around him and the eye of Magnus but after the explosion happens and the lady(I can't remember her name, starts with an M) wakes you up and asks you to find the arch Mage it says I finished the "revealing the unseen" quest but won't start me on the "containment" quest. You walk outside and the arch Mage is just lying dead on the ground and nothing is happening. Has anyone else had this issue? Are there anyways to fix it? Please help this is driving me absolutely insane.

Had the same problem a while ago. You're only hope is to reload a previous save, or if you're on PC use console commands to advance through the quest (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Revealing_the_Unseen)

I've reloaded to a previous save and played through close to five times all with the same result. I honestly have no idea what to do. I know I'm doing everything right I even followed the guide in the book.

Have you tried walking past the bridge to Town of Winterhold? This is where the abnormally happens, so if anything it should trigger there.

I've gone over the bridge and back multiple times, fast traveled to different places, moved the arch mages body, and just about everything else.

Just an FYI, if you get this quest going. If your Unbound Dremora decided to be permanent, he might get launched into Winterhold where he'll attack all the citizens & guards on sight, and hang around there forever. He'll also be invincible and immune to everything.
