hey guys I recently purchased Brink through steam and my problem is that I can't seem to connect online.

I pull up the list of servers and when I select one, it goes into the loading picture screen, with Chen talking in the background, than it says "press any button to continue." So I do that, than about 10 seconds later when it should go into the game it goes straight from picture loading menu back to server list. Please help me if you can.

I have no problem playing the game when I'm not online, and have played through all of the campaign stuff, here's my system information if that's helpful at all.

Q6600
9800gtx+
4gb memory ram
600 watt psu
windows vista 64-bit

Other information :

I am connected to the internet directly through an ethernet cable, and my internet's very fast. I get 25mb/s on the internet speed test. I have no problems playing online games through, counter strike, team fortress, crysis.

I'm really stuck here so any help you guys can lend me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
